Scarz Within is a Progressive Metal band from Virginia Beach, Va. Their style ranges from the likes of Queensryche, Dream Theater, Pantera, Lacuna Coil and everything in between. They have opened for national recording artists Scarz Within currently has Three full length concept CD's. "Nothin' Sacred" "Nothin' Sacred II: The 7" and the final chapter "Nothin' Sacred III: Flames of Custody" Currently they are supporting their new CD "Solitude is Endless" in 2010(those with a RARE copy of "Prophecy" need to bring their copy to a show and receive "Solitude is Endless for FREE!!.
When it comes to live entertainment, it is always best to leave it to the professionals, but all too often even the professionals will let down the crowd. People go out to have a good time. When they go to a wedding or corporate event, they are hoping for a good time. Let's face it, people expect to forget their worries and enjoy a live show that leaves them pumped up and cheering for more. But too many bands and other entertainers forget the audience is listening and expecting them to provide that “fuel”. If people are not dancing, if people are not bobbing their heads and tapping their foot, the band lacks the “juice” it needs to motivate and give them that good time. The people that own the stage and the spotlight should never forget that their job its to bring the fuel to light the party fire. That is what JOOSE is all about, the fuel to make a party!

A local G3 style jam session. Where 3 bands would play. And then guitarists from each band join together as the 4th act. We would each pick a cover tune from a favorite influence. And over these 3 tunes, we would improvise solo trading and such. G3/VA has members from Madd Hatter / Funhouse / The Jay Rakes Band.
